Shipping Overview
Freedom of Expression Gifts ships handmade artisan products from Vero Beach, Florida. We strive to deliver your order quickly and safely while maintaining the quality of our handcrafted goods.
Processing Time
Standard Orders
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST process the next business day
- Weekend orders begin processing on Monday
Custom Orders
- Processing time: 1–2 weeks or longer depending on customization
- Custom laser engraving typically adds 3–5 business days
- Complex custom designs may require additional time
- Expected completion dates will be provided when ordering
Peak Season Delays
During busy periods, processing times may increase:
- November–December: Up to 5–7 business days
- Valentine’s Day: Up to 5 business days
- Mother’s Day: Up to 5 business days
We will notify you if significant delays are expected.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping (UPS Ground)
- Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Tracking: Included
Express Shipping (UPS Two Day)
- Delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Tracking and insurance: Included
- Available for urgent orders
Free Shipping Promotions
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders
- Promotions will be clearly displayed on our website
- Free shipping typically uses UPS Ground
- Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts unless stated

- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination ZIP code
- Selected shipping method

Shipping Destinations
United States
We ship to all 50 states, including:
- P.O. Boxes (UPS methods only)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States. This may change in the future.
Order Tracking
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
- Track your package via UPS or the link in your confirmation email
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active
Tracking Issues
If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Delivery
Delivery Locations
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate and secure.
Signature Requirements
- Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $100
- You may request signature confirmation for any order
- Additional carrier fees may apply
Delivery Problems
Marked Delivered but Not Received:
- Check with household members
- Check porches, entrances, and mailbox areas
- Ask nearby neighbors
- Contact your local carrier office
- Wait 24 hours (early scans can occur)
- Contact us if still missing after 24–48 hours
Delayed Delivery:
Most delays are carrier-related and beyond our control. We will assist in tracking and investigation if delays exceed 7 days.
Incorrect Address Provided:
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot be responsible for delivery issues. Redirection fees may apply and reorders may be required.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Photograph the package before opening
- Document any product damage
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 7 days with photos
We will work with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Packages
Once shipped, packages are the responsibility of the carrier. We will assist with claims and investigations when necessary.
- Orders over $50 are automatically insured
- Insurance covers loss and transit damage
- Additional insurance is available upon request
Address Changes
Before Shipment
Address changes can be made at no charge if the order has not shipped.
After Shipment
Redirection may be attempted but is not guaranteed. Carrier fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Issues
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. Separate tracking numbers will be provided at no extra cost.
Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with available options including substitution, partial refund, or cancellation.
Holidays and Closures
We do not process or ship orders on major U.S. holidays.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We proudly ship to military addresses using UPS methods. Delivery times vary and may take 2–4 weeks.
Special Shipping Requests
- Gift Messages: Complimentary handwritten notes available at checkout
- Gift Wrapping: Not currently available
- Rush Orders: May be available for an additional fee; contact us before ordering
- Local Pickup: Not currently offered
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may require special handling, including candles during extreme heat or oversized items. We will contact you if restrictions apply.
